Buka Passage Rare Book
Buka(in Papua New Guinea, part of the Solomon Islands) is a famous place in anthropological literature. This book of research by Beatrice Blackwood represents the first field study of the people there. Beatrice Blackwood was a noted anthropologist at Oxford University. Her study was conducted well before World War II.
A copy of her book, Both Sides of Buka Passage, has been donated for our book sale.
