Fairfax County plans the next Reston Library -- Community Meeting Wednesday, November 4

As many of you know, Fairfax County is planning to build completely new quarters for both the Reston Regional Library and the Embry Rucker Shelter.

As project planning ramps up, the County is now actively reaching out and seeking input, and your support is critical to keeping our library as the vibrant community resource we've come to know and love.  The opportunity to make our voices heard will not last forever.

Our county supervisor Cathy Hudgins will hold a public meeting about plans for the new library and shelter at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at South Lakes High School Lecture Hall(South Lakes High School - 11400 South Lakes Drive, Reston)  We encourage you to attend, to ask questions, to provide your thoughts, and to stay involved in the plans for your library.

To learn more about the Reston Town Center North Redevelopment, you can review information posted on the County's website at  http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/dpwes/restontowncenternorth/

Please take a few moments now to consider how you think Fairfax County should build the next Reston Library.  Mark your calendar to attend the meeting on November 4.  If you cannot attend, please feel free to forward your comments and thoughts to us.  We welcome your input on this subject!

Thank you for helping us continue to support the Reston Library!
